Data retention
If you are a current customer with an ongoing relationship we will need to maintain a record of the work carried out and your contact details. If you no longer need the services of RDCS Ltd and would like your details removed then please contact us and we will remove any personal identifiable information from your account. Customers who have not contacted us in 7 years (in line with records for accounting purposes) will be removed automatically.
